Richard Briggs

79, of Lowell, IN, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Christine; children, Rick (Kris), Laura (David) Ludlow, both of Lake Village and Steve (Natalia), of Munster; grandchildren, Kevin and Wesley Reese; Nicholas, Bradley and Mya Ludlow; Michael and Jakob Briggs; and great grandson Jackson.

Rick was a Teamsters OTR Truck Driver with 2 million Safe Driving Miles, a rare accomplishment he was very proud of.  He served in the US Navy during Vietnam and loved spending time with his family and doing yard work.
