73, of Lowell, IN, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023. She is survived by her children, Randy (Dawn), Ryan (Jana), Rachel (Steve) Frederick; grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua, Joseph, Owen, Alyssa, Kaiden, MaKenna, Gavin, Cole; sister, Roseanne Hayes. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard; parents, Raymond and Rosemary Behling. Ruth was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Highland. She was known for her baking, especially her holiday treats. She enjoyed arts and crafts, wood painting and “bird” watching. She loved all children especially her kids and grandchildren.
