85, of Lowell, IN, formerly of Frankfort, IN, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 9, 2021. She is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Kathy Stroup, Vicki Morrison and William Pitts; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; a sister, Brenda Butler. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kari Warthan. Shirley was member of the First Baptist Church of McLeansboro, IL Order of the Eastern Star, Eddyville, IL and National Hair Dressers Assoc.
