68, of Lowell, IN, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026. She is survived by her husband, Richard; sons, Jacob (Toni) Noel, Derrick (Tiffany) Noel; grandchildren, Brooklyn Noel, Kevin Powers and Kelsey Leite; great grandchildren, Aleeah and Freya; siblings, Christine, Johnny T., Paul, Jerry (Dawn), Anthony (Stacy Aitkin) and Peter (Patricia) Balciunas and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pat Balciunas. Stephanie enjoyed painting, going out on the pontoon boat to watch sunsets and loved her cats.

Cremation was entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lowell, IN and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
