76, of Lowell, IN passed away Monday, June 9, 2025. He is survived by his niece, Pamela Osting; nephew, Charles (Shanon) Turner; great nephews, Nathan and Jacob Turner; cousin, Frank Wolinski and his good friend, Joseph Digiacomo Jr. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristen Johnson; brothers, Chuck and Edward Johnson. Victor was a Vietnam Marine Veteran and worked for the Chicago Sun-Times. Private Cremation entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN.
