86, of Lowell, IN, formerly of New Castle, PA, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023.  She is survived by her sons, Bruce (Janet), Brian and Brad; daughter in law, Julie; her grandchildren, Jason, Ashley (Rob) Hale, Matthew (Mindy), Christopher (Andria Nichols) Watt, Emily and Andrew; numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce; and son, Blaine. Virginia was a member the The Apostolics of Lowell. 

Private cremation entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to ASPCA or her church.
