84, of Lowell, IN passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, John (David) Fortener, Lisa (William) Paul, Mike (Christine) Fortener, Suzanne (David) Wartsbaugh, Charlie (Lorel) Napiwocki, Jeff (Tami) Napiwocki; grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily, Katelyn, Hailey, Nathan, Sidney, Amber, Luke and Mikey. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Sr. and Barbara Napiwocki. Wallace retired from LTV Steel and attended St. James Catholic Church of Sauk Village and St. Edward Catholic Church of Lowell. He was a hardworking, loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed. Cremation was entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lowell, IN.
