72, of Lowell, IN passed away Wednesday, December 06, 2023. He is survived by his wife Debra (Adams) Tuttle of 48 years; daughters: Gina (Jeremy) Harrell and Michelle (David) Bougie; grandchildren: Illyna Juarez, Callie Bougie, Raelyn Harrell, Morgan Bougie and baby David on the way. Dear brother of Mary (the late Robert) White, Nancy (Mark) Howard, Carol (Larry) Borello, Diane (Robert) Garuckas, Laurie (Thomas) Purcell. Preceded in death by brother: Donald Tuttle; sisters: Dorothy (Gregory) Lavery, Lynn (William) Bunn, and Anne (Scott) Brassea. William enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and riding his sand rail, watching football, NASCAR and the Cubs.

Visitation, Monday, December 11th from 2-6PM, Funeral Service following at 6PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356. Cremation will follow services.
