William Winandy Obituary

85, of Shelby, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022. Survived by loving children, Rhonda (Jamee) Cross, William J., Carolyn, all of Shelby, Michael (Terry) of Roselawn, grandchildren, Brian (Meagan) Cross, Kevin (Tracy) Cross, William J. Winandy, Christian Winandy, Tera (Jamey) Coleman, great grandchildren, Karissa, Trenton, Mady, Lucas and Isabelle Cross, Lydia and Liam Cross, Aiden, Evan and Jace Coleman. Preceded in death by his wife Virginia “Gail”; parents, John and Marie and a brother Dr. Donald Winandy.

William graduated from Lew Wallace High School and retired from US Steel Metalurgical Lab. He loved boating and drag racing.

Graveside Services will be Wednesday June 15, 10 AM, in Orchard Grove Cemetery, through Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell.
