William S. Marshall
85, of Lowell, IN, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Caren; children, Jodi (Stanley) Lee, Patti Marshall, Stormy (Cathy) Marshall, Sherri (David) Lamphier; grandchildren, Nicole (Adam) Krol, Jen (Ben) Baker, Shannon Marshall, Lauren Lamphier; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Marshall and William Krol; sister, Shirley (Pat) Donley; Preceded in death by his parents, Sid and Ann Marshall; siblings, Junior Marshall and Jane Hutzler. Bill retired as an Operating Engineer with Local 150. The Town of Lowell was very important to him, he was on the Town Board for several years, involved in installing the Lowell High School Memorial monument, Veterans Memorial monument, and flag poles in the local cemeteries. He was once named “Man of the Year” and was a member of The Grange, Gleaners and the Masonic Colfax Lodge #378. Visitation, Wednesday, November 13th from 11AM-1PM with Masonic Service following at 1PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN.
